- Fresh Berries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries (or any combination)
- Coconut Milk
Mix up your berries in a bowl any way you like, pour in ¼-1/2 cup of coconut milk and mix. For an ice cream-like treat, mix all together and freeze until about half frozen. Take out, mash and eat.
