Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 6 cloves garlic, halved
  • 5 strips bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat large fry pan. In a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower, garlic slices, bacon and olive oil. Sautee for 20 minutes until bacon is crisp and cauliflower is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

This is a huge favorite around here. Any leftovers generally are fought over the next day when we get to eating lunch. If it makes it that far!
