Average day In Phase 1
  1. Wake up, use the washroom and weigh in.
  2. Take HCG Drops. Hold 10-15 drops under your tongue for a minute, then swallow.
  3. Take your vitamin B12 and potassium supplements
  4. Start with a big breakfast 30 minutes after your dose of HCG. ei: toast, cereal, muffin, bacon etc..
  5. Stop off at your favourite fast food joint and  enjoy a biggie sized combo 🙂
  6. Grab a few chocolate bars from 7/11 for the ride home.
  7. Eat Eat Eat.. getting sick sucks so don’t over do it though.
  8. Take your drops at 1pm or 2.
  9. Go out to eat at your favourite restaurant and get your favourite meal.
  10. Take drops in the evening or before bed.

This is for day 1 and day 2 only.

Helpful hint: 10-15 drops is simply one squeeze of the dropper so you do not need to count drops every time.

Phase 2: Example Day
  1. Wake up, use the washroom and weigh in.
  2. Take HCG Drops. Hold 10-15 drops under your tongue for a minute, then swallow.
  3. Take your vitamin B12 and potassium supplements
  4. Enjoy allowed drinks but do not eat until at after 11am
  5. Eat an apple at 11 am or other fruit from the recommended menu.
  6. Take HCG Drops again at 12:30pm.
  7. Eat lunch at 1pm  (Never take drops within 30 min of eating).
  8. Have your second fruit snack for the day around 4 pm.
  9. Enjoy your dinner at 6pm.
  10. Take drops for the third time in the late evening or right before bed.

REPEAT

*This is a great guideline to follow but if your schedule conflicts with this format then just adjust to suit your situation. Just make sure to always take your drops 3 times per day roughly 5-8 hours apart.
